This article will explain "conference calls":

You will find this feature inside the phone system in settings, which is where you can enable this feature or disable it.

The benefits of conference calling, including multi-party calls and transfer functionality, encompass streamlined communication, enhanced collaboration, and efficient decision-making across dispersed teams and stakeholders.

At present, the call can only accommodate three parties and no more. However, we are actively working on improving this and anticipate that it will change in the near future.

This is something to consider when making the call: you will be charged for the other two participants, $0.0018/participant per min

When initiating a call in the dialer, you will see an "add" button. This is how you can add a third participant to the call. However, the participant needs to be a user in your account; you cannot add someone from outside your subscription or account as a third party in the call.

However, moving forward third parties can be added from outside your subscription and not just sub-users.

Once you click on the "add" button you will see a list of your sub-users where you can choose from who you want to add as a third party.

Lastly, this feature also exists in the phone app as shown below,

The phone app is the same as the web app, you click on the "add" button to show you the list of sub-users to choose from who you want to add.
